According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2020, Virginia added the highest number of jobs to the state government health care and social assistance industry (479), followed by Arkansas (308), and New Jersey (172).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-439), followed by Utah (-401), and New York (-323).
