According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2023, South Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the state government health care and social assistance industry (1,526), followed by Texas (629), and Colorado (353).

On the other hand, Michigan added the least number of jobs (-182), followed by Georgia (-129), and Wisconsin (-98).
