According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of California was 7.8% (sa) in June, 2021. Among all California counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Imperial (18.8%), Colusa (12.7%), and Tulare (11.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Marin (5.1%), Sierra (5.3%), and San Mateo (5.3%).
