According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 4.4% (sa) in January, 2018. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cape May (14.3%), Cumberland (8.7%), and Atlantic (7.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Somerset (3.7%), Morris (3.7%), and Hunterdon (3.8%).
