According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 5.5% (sa) in December, 2021. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cape May (9.8%), Cumberland (7.3%), and Atlantic (7.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (3.8%), Somerset (4%), and Morris (4%).
