According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 7.9% (sa) in April, 2021. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Luna (19.3%), Taos (10.6%), and Lea (10.1%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Los Alamos (2.8%), Harding (3%), and Union (4.9%).
