According to the FBI UCR data, in 2010, among Iowa cities with a population of at least 10K, Fort Madison had the highest Rape Crime Rate per 100K residents (155.95), followed by Council Bluffs (98.07), Muscatine (83.09), Oskaloosa (81.89), and Burlington (62.38).
