According to the FBI UCR data, in 2017, among Iowa cities with a population of at least 10K, Storm Lake had the highest Rape Crime Rate per 100K residents (139.02), followed by Fort Madison (133.02), Spencer (125.84), Clinton (125.33), and Ottumwa (94.27).
