According to the FBI UCR data, in 2012, among Iowa cities with a population of at least 10K, Muscatine had the highest Rape Crime Rate per 100K residents (117.33), followed by Council Bluffs (106.84), Boone (94.61), Waterloo (92.86), and Fort Dodge (91.71).
