According to the FBI UCR data, in 2010, among Iowa cities with a population of at least 10K, Keokuk had the highest Violent Crime Rate per 100K residents (1,123.6), followed by Council Bluffs (1,039.54), Davenport (842.85), Waterloo (647.29), and Burlington (639.38).
