According to the FBI UCR data, in 2013, among Iowa cities with a population of at least 10K, Keokuk had the highest Violent Crime Rate per 100K residents (960.82), followed by Council Bluffs (941.62), Clinton (669.88), Davenport (642.22), and Fort Dodge (637.38).
