According to the FBI UCR data, in 2012, among Iowa cities with a population of at least 10K, Council Bluffs had the highest Violent Crime Rate per 100K residents (1,186.45), followed by Keokuk (1,032.75), Waterloo (681.96), Burlington (678.02), and Muscatine (677.88).
