According to the FBI UCR data, in 2011, among Oklahoma cities with a population of at least 10K, Ponca City had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (70.15), followed by Del City (69.57), Tulsa (65.39), Lawton (60.26), and Sapulpa (57.79).
