According to the FBI UCR data, in 2013, among Oklahoma cities with a population of at least 10K, Miami had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (79.75), followed by Okmulgee (40.5), El Reno (39.45), Tulsa (39.04), and Lawton (33.49).
