According to the FBI UCR data, in 2016, among Oklahoma cities with a population of at least 10K, Ponca City had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (56.8), followed by Muskogee (44.4), Tulsa (42.14), Ardmore (35.55), and El Reno (31.79).
