According to the FBI UCR data, in 2011, among Rhode Island cities with a population of at least 10K, Newport had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (52.76), followed by Central Falls (41.34), Woonsocket (38.89), Coventry (31.45), and Johnston (27.84).
