According to the FBI UCR data, in 2013, among Rhode Island cities with a population of at least 10K, Newport had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (71.21), followed by Central Falls (61.84), West Warwick (45.11), Woonsocket (36.53), and Burrillville (24.78).
