According to the FBI UCR data, in 2016, among Rhode Island cities with a population of at least 10K, Newport had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (37.38), followed by Middletown (31.18), Central Falls (25.94), Warwick (23.32), and Pawtucket (20.94).
