According to the FBI UCR data, in 2012, among Kentucky cities with a population of at least 10K, Newport had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (77.86), followed by Somerset (44.15), Elizabethtown (37.78), Louisville Metro (33.47), and Winchester (27.21).
