According to the FBI UCR data, in 2013, among Kentucky cities with a population of at least 10K, Covington had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (53.97), followed by Louisville Metro (35.31), Newport (32.42), Murray (27.7), and Bardstown (23.23).
