According to the FBI UCR data, in 2018, among Kentucky cities with a population of at least 10K, Paducah had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (40.11), followed by Madisonville (36.92), Glasgow (27.76), Radcliff (22.15), and Elizabethtown (19.88).
