According to the FBI UCR data, in 2012, among Pennsylvania cities with a population of at least 10K, York had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (81.9), followed by Washington, Washington County (80.22), Pittsburgh (79.46), Hanover (78.06), and Chester (75.94).
