According to the FBI UCR data, in 2013, among Pennsylvania cities with a population of at least 10K, McKeesport had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (83.89), followed by Coatesville (68.47), Pittsburgh (67.61), Washington, Washington County (64.72), and Chester (61.7).
