According to the FBI UCR data, in 2016, among Pennsylvania cities with a population of at least 10K, West Chester had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (89.42), followed by Northeastern Regional (85.8), Chester (61.57), Wilkinsburg (57.35), and Harrisburg (55.11).
