According to the FBI UCR data, in 2014, among Louisiana cities with a population of at least 10K, Alexandria had the highest Violent Crime Rate per 100K residents (1,764.78), followed by Opelousas (1,738.07), Bastrop (1,298.7), Eunice (1,190.94), and Hammond (1,175.55).
