According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, among Louisiana cities with a population of at least 10K, Monroe had the highest Violent Crime Rate per 100K residents (2,969.08), followed by Opelousas (2,370.42), Alexandria (1,848.39), Bogalusa (1,688.98), and West Monroe (1,565.85).
