According to the FBI UCR data, in 2016, among US cities with a population of at least 50K, Anchorage, AK had the highest Rape Crime Rate per 100K residents (181.21); followed by Springfield, MO (174.09); Kalamazoo, MI (163.64); Pueblo, CO (155.56); and Lancaster, PA (155.04).
