According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 93,294 adult arrests made in the US for burglary offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (60.43K), followed by Black or African American (29.96K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (1.47K).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 82,999 (89%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (65.15K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (17.85K).
