According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 28,900 adult arrests made in US suburban areas for burglary offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (20.87K), followed by Black or African American (7.47K), and Asian (294).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 24,834 (86%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (20.37K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (4.47K).
