According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 14,847 adult arrests made in US metropolitan counties for burglary offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (11.25K), followed by Black or African American (3.36K), and Asian (122).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 12,991 (87%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (10.92K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (2.07K).
