Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 4,110,890 and represented 65.81% of the total Arizona population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.38M), followed by Pima (672.40K), and Pinal (222.31K).

In terms of percentages, Yavapai had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (76.35%), followed by Gila (76.29%), and Mohave (75.30%).
