Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 5,118,555 and represented 71.37% of the total Arizona population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest citizen voting-age population (3.08M), followed by Pima (775.52K), and Pinal (317.93K).

In terms of percentages, Yavapai had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.11%), followed by Mohave (80.73%), and Gila (79.26%).
