Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 5,049,925 and represented 70.39% of the total Arizona population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest citizen voting-age population (3.02M), followed by Pima (762.00K), and Pinal (325.91K).

In terms of percentages, Yavapai had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.25%), followed by Mohave (79.91%), and Gila (78.61%).
