Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 5,220,620 and represented 71.83% of the total Arizona population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest citizen voting-age population (3.14M), followed by Pima (787.46K), and Pinal (331.63K).

In terms of percentages, Mohave had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.32%), followed by Yavapai (81.27%), and Gila (79.77%).
