Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for California was 40,840 and represented 0.18% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (1.83M), followed by San Bernardino (416.48K), and San Diego (402.11K).

In terms of percentages, Imperial had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (68.15%), followed by Tulare (41.89%), and San Benito (39.60%).
