Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 40,840 and represented 1.28% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (7.46K), followed by Fayette (3.53K), and Hardin (2.45K).

In terms of percentages, Christian had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (4.03%), followed by Hardin (3.35%), and Gallatin (2.86%).
