Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 40,840 and represented 0.43% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (97.01K), followed by Lehigh (29.51K), and Berks (27.46K).
