Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Indiana was 875,795 and represented 18.84% of the total Indiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Indiana counties, Marion had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (156.16K), followed by Lake (85.85K), and Allen (26.40K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (25.14%), followed by Lake (24.38%), and St. Joseph (10.90%).
