Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Indiana was 990,635 and represented 19.95% of the total Indiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Indiana counties, Marion had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (182.52K), followed by Lake (83.16K), and Allen (28.86K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (27.16%), followed by Lake (22.75%), and St. Joseph (11.40%).
