Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Indiana was 993,790 and represented 19.86% of the total Indiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Indiana counties, Marion had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (179.06K), followed by Lake (83.80K), and Allen (29.25K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (26.97%), followed by Lake (22.79%), and St. Joseph (11.46%).
