Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Indiana was 1,315,935 and represented 20.13% of the total Indiana citizen population.

Among all Indiana counties, Marion had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (256.37K), followed by Lake (113.96K), and Allen (41.60K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (28.34%), followed by Lake (23.66%), and St. Joseph (12.48%).
