Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Oklahoma was 1,234,325 and represented 34.48% of the total Oklahoma citizen population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (104.39K), followed by Tulsa (61.18K), and Comanche (20.04K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.92%), followed by Oklahoma (15.80%), and Muskogee (11.54%).
