Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Oklahoma was 1,311,185 and represented 34.09% of the total Oklahoma citizen population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (111.68K), followed by Tulsa (63.06K), and Comanche (17.18K).

In terms of percentages, Oklahoma had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (14.94%), followed by Comanche (14.47%), and Harmon (11.30%).
