Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 993,790 and represented 34.34% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (82.20K), followed by Tulsa (45.07K), and Comanche (13.30K).

In terms of percentages, Oklahoma had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (15.02%), followed by Comanche (14.80%), and Harmon (11.81%).
