Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 989,960 and represented 33.86% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (82.87K), followed by Tulsa (44.77K), and Comanche (13.34K).

In terms of percentages, Oklahoma had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (14.99%), followed by Comanche (14.85%), and Osage (10.66%).
