Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 990,635 and represented 34.73% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (82.42K), followed by Tulsa (45.26K), and Comanche (13.88K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (15.48%), followed by Oklahoma (15.25%), and Osage (11.42%).
