Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 972,205 and represented 34.04% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (83.59K), followed by Tulsa (45.02K), and Comanche (14.14K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (15.77%), followed by Oklahoma (15.42%), and Osage (11.39%).
