Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 889,640 and represented 33.26% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (72.38K), followed by Tulsa (41.15K), and Comanche (14.24K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.15%), followed by Oklahoma (14.84%), and Muskogee (11.27%).
