Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Washington was 1,234,325 and represented 19.98% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (98.95K), followed by Pierce (50.04K), and Snohomish (13.37K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.62%), followed by King (5.80%), and Kitsap (2.74%).
