Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Washington was 1,315,935 and represented 18.69% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (123.86K), followed by Pierce (57.74K), and Snohomish (22.87K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.63%), followed by King (6.34%), and Snohomish (3.04%).
